Turns out, I’ve always been in the business of helping people get somewhere.

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked in travel, helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there.

But somewhere along the way, I realized the part that fascinated me most wasn’t only the destination.

It was what happens when we step outside our everyday lives.

We see differently. We think differently. We connect differently. We start imagining what else might be possible.

And then we come home.

That’s where my work really begins.

Because inspiration feels great. Integration creates change.

I wear many hats.

For a long time, I thought reaching bigger goals meant adding one more thing, hustling harder, or giving up something that mattered.

I kept looking for a better way to balance it all.

Turns out, I didn’t need someone else’s map.
I needed to create and align my own.

From “Which way?”

to my way.

For years, travel, entrepreneurship, coaching, speaking and life looked like different directions.

Then I realized the experience I gained on each path wasn’t competing.
It was meant to work together.

I didn’t have to choose one.
I could create my own.

The Journey

I grew up in Iowa with big ideas, big goals, and the belief that just about anything and anywhere was possible. I was always looking ahead, trying to figure out the right way to get from where I was to where I wanted to go.

And then my family doubled overnight.

We went from a family of four to a family of eight when we had quadruplets.

Talk about a reroute.

The big ideas and goals didn’t go away. I still had places I wanted to go, things I wanted to do, and possibilities I wanted to pursue.

I just had to get much better at navigating when life didn’t go according to plan.

Nearly three decades in travel. Entrepreneurship. Writing books. Becoming a Certified High Performance Coach. Stepping onto a TEDx stage.

None of it followed a perfectly straight route.

But every experience gave me something I use today.

Beyond the Bio

Mom. Grandma. Wife.

My roles have changed over the years, but family has always been part of how I define success. I don’t believe reaching a goal should require sacrificing the people and moments that matter most.

Faith at the Center

My faith shapes how I live, lead and serve. I’m continuing to deepen that foundation through biblical counseling, bringing faith, wisdom and purpose even more intentionally into the way I help others navigate life.

Always Exploring

Travel, experiences, learning, good conversations and seeing what’s around the next corner are a big part of who I am. I believe life is meant to be experienced, not just accomplished.
