Your next level doesn’t come with a map.
As your guide, I help people and organizations reach meaningful outcomes—powered by the way we travel.
A goal? A place? Why not both?
You’ve already built success. You have knowledge, strengths, ideas and experiences that got you here.
Getting to what’s next doesn’t mean adding one more thing or sacrificing what’s already working.
It’s about using the experience you already have differently.
Travel is one place you already do this.
I guide you to take the mindset and behaviors you already choose when you travel and use them to reach your goals and get where you want to go next.
Get clear on where you’re going
Set a timeline and prioritize what needs to get done
Choose to experience different places, people and perspectives
Say yes to things you might not try at home
Keep going when things don’t go according to plan

I’ve always had big goals and a lot of things I care about. But reaching what was next could feel like working harder, adding one more thing, or sacrificing something else that mattered. I was chasing that elusive idea of “balance.”
There was an irony I saw in travel, too. We work so hard we need a vacation, put it off because we’re too busy, or finally get there so exhausted it takes days just to recover.
Then I became a Certified High Performance Coach. As I learned the principles of sustained performance, coached others through them, and applied them in my own life, I found the answer I had been looking for.
It wasn’t balance. It was alignment.

Your goals shouldn’t require sacrificing the people, experiences, time and things that matter most.
Your personal life belongs on the map, too.

Your professional goals can be ambitious without automatically requiring more hours, more hustle or more sacrifice.
Your success belongs on the map, too.

See more of what’s possible.
Use the Travel Mindset™ to shift perspective, expand what you believe is possible and get clear on where you want to go.

Build your map. Navigate it.
Map the goal around what matters and your priorities. Then navigate it with guidance, consistency and enough time for new behaviors to become lasting change.

Pair mindset with behavior.
Mindset alone isn’t enough. Use the science-backed behaviors of high performance to turn what you believe is possible into how you show up and what you do.

Arrive your way.
Reach the goals and success that matter to you with more freedom, more time for what matters and more of what you love about travel woven into the way you live.

“From our very first conversation, I knew Kristi was someone I wanted to keep in my world. What I didn’t realize was just how much I needed her.
During a challenging season, I was navigating health concerns, overwhelm, and big questions about my work and life. Kristi helped me find clarity, see myself again, and take small steps that led to meaningful change. She made the next steps feel manageable—even fun—and gave me ‘aha’ moments that changed how I live and work.
Kristi has a rare gift for helping people see their own power. Her Vacation Method reflects exactly who she is—thoughtful, intentional, and truly transformational. I’m not just a fan of her work—I’m living proof of it.”

Kristi was a standout addition to our agenda-packed 2026 MVT Live conference. She brought energy, insight, and immediate impact to our opening session, setting the tone for the entire event. Even more impressive, her optional early morning sessions — and I truly mean early morning — were filled to capacity over the following two days.
Her content was timely, relatable, and highly impactful, resonating strongly with our audience of professional Travel Advisors. As a travel agency host, finding a speaker who genuinely understands the unique challenges and opportunities within our industry is essential, and Kristi exceeded every expectation.

“I had the joy of working with Kristi and experienced significant transformation in key areas of my life. The accountability was great, and her methods and techniques were top-notch—but what truly stood out was how she helped me intentionally incorporate joy and travel into my schedule so I could balance hard work with meaningful rest.
As a recovering workaholic, I always struggled with slowing down—even though I love my work. Kristi helped me see that re-energizing through mini-vacations wasn’t a distraction, but a strategy. Most coaches don’t build this into their work. Kristi does—and she excels at it.
If you struggle with overworking or finding balance, Kristi will help you move into a more enjoyable, sustainable flow and real transformation.”
